With years of experience in the Emerald Coast real estate market, Candice has built her business around hard work, clear communication, and genuine relationships with her clients. Since moving to the Emerald Coast in 2018, she has helped buyers and sellers navigate the local market and has developed a strong knowledge of the communities and lifestyle that make this area so special.
Candice works with buyers, sellers, and investors, with a particular focus on coastal homes, investment properties, and residential real estate. She takes pride in being there for her clients throughout the entire process, from finding the right property and negotiating the contract to navigating inspections, repairs, and closing details. Meet Emily Riddling
Originally from Arkansas, Emily Riddling grew up spending summers along the Destin and Fort Walton Beach area and quickly fell in love with the Emerald Coast. What began as a favorite vacation destination eventually became home—a place she truly considers “Heaven on Earth.”
Emily began her real estate career in Arkansas in 2018, working with both buyers and sellers. Her approach has always centered around relationships first. She believes that when clients feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for, the rest of the process naturally falls into place.
In addition to her real estate career, Emily has worked as a nurse since 2015. Her nursing background has shaped the way she serves her real estate clients, strengthening her skills in listening, communication, organization, and, most importantly, caring for people.
Emily brings that same level of compassion and attention to detail to every real estate transaction. Whether helping someone find their perfect coastal home or navigate the sale of a property, she is committed to making her clients feel confident and cared for throughout the process.
